Our ninth Kappa Puzzles Online Contest ended March 31, 2007.

Play & Win 9 was a Word Sudoku puzzle with a twist. Letters from the phrase BABY BUGGY were substituted for the digits 1 through 9. Because certain letters are repeated in this phrase, the process of elimination was a bit more complicated than in ordinary Sudoku puzzles. For the puzzle to be correctly solved, each row, column, and 3x3 block had to contain exactly one A, one U, two G's, two Y's, and three B's. Contestants had to submit the solution to the 3x3 center block. The puzzle appears below, followed by the full solution.
