Official Puzzle Prize Giveaway Rules

1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
2. The Giveaway starts February 1, 2012, and runs through March 31, 2012.
3. The company reserves the right to discontinue the Giveaway at any time.
4. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
5. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.
6. For alternative entry, please mail a 3x5 standard postcard to Puzzle Prize Giveaway, Kappa Publishing Group, Inc., P.O. Box 144, Fort Washington, PA 19034 OR go to www.kappapublishing.com and click on the Puzzle Prize Giveaway link.
7. The drawing for prizes will be conducted on or about April 24, 2012. The prizes will be awarded by mail within 30 days of the drawing. Total value of all prizes: $20,000. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person.
8. All prizes will be awarded by Kappa as independent judges and the independent judges' decision will be final. All prizes will be awarded and if any are forfeited, Kappa will choose another winner.
9. Employees of Kappa Publishing Group, Inc. and its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made.
11. For a winners list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Puzzle Prize Giveaway, Kappa Publishing Group, Inc., P.O. Box 144, Dept. SL, Fort Washington, PA 19034.
12. Entries are the property of Kappa Publishing Group, Inc., and none will be returned.
13. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage due mail or entries.
14. Entry form must include complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address.
15. Winners may be requested to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release from liability within 30 days of notification of any award or upon redemption of prize.
